Apartment KUSTAAVA5 has 72m2 with 2 x bedrooms (2 beds in each), living room (sofabed for 2), kitchen, wc and shower/sauna. Apartment has also a balcony. It is Top-floor apartment with its own entrance, accessible via two flights of outdoor stairs. Please note, there is no elevator. Apartment is located 60 meters from our main hotel building. All the meals are served in our restaurant, in the main hotel building. Check in and check out at our hotel’s reception. Apartment has flat screen tv, dishwasher and laundry machine. The apartment is non-smoking.

​Final cleaning is included to room price during 1.11.-31.3. - during the times when final cleaning is not included, you can clean the property by yourself or buy final cleaning from us for extra fee.

A refundable €250 damage deposit will be charged by credit card upon arrival and fully refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
