Hotel Aakenus is an excellent choice for hosting a variety of meetings in Rovaniemi. We offer two adaptable meeting rooms suitable for both small and larger groups. Whether you're planning a brief meeting, a half-day session, or a full-day event, we can accommodate your needs — including catering from our in-house kitchen. Our facilities are equipped for everything from private negotiations with just a few participants to meetings of up to 80 people. Meeting equipment includes a video projector, whiteboard, flipchart, and wireless internet access. Free parking is also available for larger groups. We have two meeting rooms: the larger one, which can host up to 80 participants, is connected to our restaurant. The smaller room, called Le Poro, comfortably accommodates up to 12 people.
