Kymppi with sauna Four-bedroom apartment

Apartment Kymppi is located in peaceful area, 400 meters from our hotel and 800 meters from city center. This two floor house is 70m2 and it has its own big yard. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, toilet, sauna and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and toilet. Second floor is available if there is coming more than four people. There are two beds in every bedroom of this apartment and also one extra bed is available. Check in and Check out at our reception of Hotel Aakenus (Koskikatu 47), which is about 400 meters from the apartment.

There is two flat screen TV’s, bed clothes, towels, hairdryer, iron, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, highchair, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and oven. The apartment is non-smoking. There is not day cleaning in apartments, but you can have it for extra fee. Pets are welcome for extra fee. Final cleaning is included to room price during 1.11.-31.3. - during the times when final cleaning is not included, you clean the property by yourself or buy final cleaning from us fro extra fee.
