Villa Pöylikki is 130m2 large Villa only 5km from city center of Rovaniemi in peaceful, lakeside location. This four bedroom luxury Villa offers total privacy in an idyllic location – you can enjoy peaceful nature and lay in jaguzzi under the stars & northen lights.
Villa Pöylikki consist of two floors. On the first floor you can find master bedroom with big windows to own terrace. Also on the first floor there is the other bedroom with two separate beds, wc, dressing room, shower + sauna, spacious kitchen-living room with panoramic windows. On the second floor you can find two bedrooms, in the other one there is double bed and in other one 3 separate beds. In both bedrooms upstairs there is skylight window to make sure you to have the best possibility to see northern lights. On the second floor you can also find wc/shower.
In Villa Pöylikki we have paid attention to sustainability : there is geothermal heating, own drilled well and solar panels.
The heart of Villa is spacious kitchen-living room with big dining table up to 9 persons. This large and open space with cozy fireplace offers you great facilities to spend time with your loved ones. At the terrace you can find jaguzzi and near the lake there is a place for bunk fire.
