Apartment SANTA is 110 square meters large holiday house with three bedrooms, sauna+shower, two toilets and two living rooms – one with fireplace. There are two beds in two bedrooms and three beds in one bedroom. There is also one extra bed in fireplace room. There are two bedrooms on second floor and all other rooms are downstairs.
This holiday apartment is located 2 km from city center and from our Hotel, where is reception. Check in and Check out at our reception (Koskikatu 47, Rovaniemi). There are flat screen TV, bed clothes (customers make beds themselves), towels, hairdryer, iron, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and oven. The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are welcome for extra fee.
Final cleaning is included during period 1.11.-31.3. During the periods when final cleaning is not included guests can clean before check-out or pay final cleaning fee.
